The lake level is up over 15ft! Its like music to my ears and the anticipation for the next coming months is unbearable. The fishing on the lake is red hot and we are looking to have a banner Winter season on the lake. The entire lake looks healthy and with the water up there will be so much fish-able water that its impossible to see it all. I’ve been fishing all over the lake bouncing from area to area catching fish in a variety of ways. There is still red water from the run-off from all the rain on the North end but don’t let that discourage you the fish still bite you just have to adjust your bait color selection to a darker color.
